The image is not photosoped. I do not have a fancy/expensive camera and the camera I have, a Nikon P90 (terrible camera) makes panoramas by merging individual/separate images. If you look closely, you can see the vertical lines where the separate images were merged into one panorama. It was very windy when the photos were taken, something moved...
It looks like a branch on the evergreen in the left has been photoshopped. What I mean is that the tip of the branch with the leaves is "hovering" mid air while the branch itself appears to have been moved to the right and you can faintly see where the branch was as the editor tried to blend the background. Not sure why the need to photoshop nature's beauty but the overall pic is excellent.
